As a key member of our Senior Management Team you will inspire, motivate and lead our team of highly-skilled support staff who are key to delivering first class services, alongside our teachers, for our young people.
We are looking for a Resource Manager who:
1. is committed to the highest standards and expectations in all aspects of school life
2. demonstrates sound judgement and decision making, has the ability to prioritise effectively, to delegate and involve colleagues in decision making
3. is emotionally intelligent
4. is skilled in influencing and engaging
5. can lead others and who can exercise good judgement regarding the management of both change and continuity
6. has a proven track record and excellent knowledge in relation to Financial & Resource Management, IT and Management Information Systems, Facilities Management and Human Resource Management
7. has the ability to raise the profile and further strengthen our support staff across the school and beyond, with a vision and ability for strategic thinking

Successful applicants will:
8. hold an appropriate professional qualification, ideally at SCQF level 9 or above (degree level)
9. have had previous experience of working within an organisation focussed on delivering improved outcomes for people
10. be able to demonstrate that they possess the commitment, knowledge and skills outlined within the job and person specifications.
