Our coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range, and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first‑time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands‑on role that takes energy, focus, and a fair bit of graft.
