As an Advanced Social Worker, you'll:
* Deputise for the Team Manager
* Chair safeguarding meetings
* Supervise and mentor colleagues
* Hold a small but complex caseload
* Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation.

Qualifications
* A qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in adult social care
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
* Confidence in managing complex cases and safeguarding processes
