Salary £55000-60000 basic & £100k OTE
My client are a leading Business Transformation Consultancy with a 15-year track record of delivering award-winning change across the UK public sector, nonprofit, and mid-market organisations, specialising in Finance, HR and Digital Transformation, combining deep sector expertise, cutting-edge SaaS technology (ERP, HCM, Financials), and proprietary IP such as our BTaaS (Business Transformation as a Service) model and industry accelerators for Public Sector, Non-Profit & Commercial organisations head quartered in the UK.
They are hiring an Account Manager to join their growing commercial team and own relationships with 40 key clients within the Higher Education sector., Responsible for Cross and up sell of New Modules and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building sales pipeline with existing Clients
Meet / exceed quarterly quota targets.
Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal.
Manage and follow up on qualified leads.
Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward their Consulting solution.
Execute on their Consulting's consultancy sales methodology.
Develop executive and operational level relationships with target companies, promoting their offering and solutions, cultivating new opportunities.
Key Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' demonstrable experience in sales-related account management ideally selling ERP/Financial SaaS solutions
Significant knowledge and experience of one or more sectors, including but not limited to: Public Sector, Professional Services and Higher Education.
Experience of selling for a major software vendor or competing against them in complex selling situations.
Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Able to actively engage in a consultative sales approach.
Must be articulate with strong writing, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent business-level language skills.
