4. Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
5. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
6. Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support business growth and strategic goals.
7. Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
9. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
10. Drive initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
11. Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Director should have:
12. Extensive experience in financial management within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry or a related sector.
13. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in achieving financial objectives.
