Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer
Support our participants with their housing needs by managing a caseload of adult males, either residing within a custody environment or in the community. In partnership with probation practitioners, you'll complete initial assessments to understand their specific needs and develop tailored accommodation plans through a series of interventions. Ensure participants are informed of decisions affecting them and their rights throughout the process.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain effective relationships with participants and external stakeholders. We seek role models who can encourage positive changes in attitudes and behavior.
In return, we offer a competitive salary starting from £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits including:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans
2. Conduct initial assessments considering risk, situation, and needs
3. Record progress and outcomes accurately using the case management system
4. Maintain contact with participants, identifying emerging risks and concerns
Skills and Experience:
* Experience or knowledge of accommodation legislation (desirable)
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System (preferred)
* Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
