Job Description
The client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their independent, family-run small animal practice located in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The practice has expanded to include a standalone branch surgery, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
The Candidate:
* The successful candidate will work alongside the lead vet in Walton, benefiting from the expertise of peripatetic orthopaedic surgeons and an Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology.
* The practice is an accredited nurse training facility with an experienced nursing team, providing invaluable support and skill utilisation.

The Hours/Rota:
* The full-time rota consists of a 4-day week, with flexibility to accommodate other commitments or part-time hours.
* Full-time, would be 4 days a week, 08:30-19:00, and an equal share of Saturday shifts.
* They have scheduled breaks in the diary to catch up on admin and phone calls, and to get a proper lunch break
* The schedule alternates between consults and surgery, promoting skill development and case continuity.
Support :

* They are an accredited nurse training practice with a great, experienced nursing team of 3 RVNs and 2 SVNs that provide invaluable support and utilise all their skills.
