Head of Marketing - Full time - Glasgow HQ

We are looking fora highly ambitiousHead of Marketing to lead our multi-disciplinary marketing team and drive the next phase of growth across ourcoredealplatform,venuesandmajorevents businesses. You willwork in an entrepreneurial culturealongside our senior leadershipandreport directly to the CEO.

WhatYou’llDo
Team Leadership& Execution
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of around 10 specialists across performance, social, content,PR,designand video.


* Build ahigh-performancepeoplefirstculture with clear expectations,high standardsand continual learning.


* Help drive acreative storytellingculturebacked by dataand insights.


* Plan anddeliver strategieswithhands on leadership across the team. We are a highly operationalday to daybusiness.


Member andSalesGrowth
* Own the growth strategy forourmarket leadingdeals businessincluding member acquisitionand retention,funneloptimisationandsales campaignsacross the UK.


* Run hands-on performance marketingand ad developmentacrosskey social and paid channels.


* Work alongside our sales director to deliver nationalpromotions,seasonal platform campaignsand newservice &city launches.


Major Events & Venues
* Develop and execute on sale campaignsfor our world class major eventsGlasGLOW,Elfingrove&Drive-In Moviesalongside development of future newmajorevent launches.


* Deliver integrated campaigns spanning paid, social, PR, influencers and contentacross eventsand venues.


B2BStrategy and Marketing
* Develop and implementan annual host marketingprogrammetothe thousands of local businesses wework with.


* Help develop a host on-boarding strategy through touch points across our CRM and in personeventsatitison hub (our beautifulhead officeevent and social space).


Creative,Contentand Campaign Delivery
* Work alongside our creative and execution teams to develop androll out exceptionalstorytellingand content plans.


* Understandthe creative processthrough toimplementation to help plan and timeline a busy calendar of activity across the business divisions.


Data,Performance& Budget
* Develop and report on key marketing metrics and dashboards to achieve goals and targets


* Manage the overallmarketing,campaignsand ad budget to delivermaximumROI.


* Report insights and recommendations to the CEO andsenior team.

We’relooking for someone who has led multidisciplinary marketing teamsand individualswithin afar movingconsumer-facing business, ideally across digital, brand, performance, social and content.


Ideallyfrom a high growth D2C, e-commerce, media,hospitality, or events background whereyou’veowned both strategy and hands on delivery. Experience running integrated campaigns across paid, social, PR and content while driving member or customer growth is essentialalongsideinterrogating data.Previousleadership experience is essentialbut not necessarily a current headof marketing role.

The Interview Process

If we progress your application, there are three stages to our interview process:


* An initialinterview to get to know you and find out more about your experience.


* A secondinterviewwith practical tasks, a more in-depthinterviewand opportunity to see the workenvironments.


* An opportunity to meet the team.


Interviews will start from w/c 12th January 2026 onwards, and all interviews will be in person at our Glasgow HQ justoffGeorge Square.

* Salary £70k - £80kdepending on experience
