The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to deliver engaging lessons to students across a variety of business-related topics, such as:
* Business Management
* Marketing & Strategy
* Finance & Accounting
* Entrepreneurship & Innovation
* Human Resource Management
The successful candidate will inspire learners, support their academic growth, and prepare them for future success in their chosen fields.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum standards.
* Create innovative and engaging learning resources.
* Support and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
* Keep subject knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and best practice.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).
* Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
* Previous experience teaching Business subjects at FE/HE level (preferred).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to inclusive, student-focused education.
