As a Senior Partnership Development Professional, you'll be instrumental in managing strategic alliances, leveraging existing relationships, and driving significant sales initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with warm leads and existing business, alongside developing new high-value partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Strategic Partner Identification & Acquisition: Identify, prioritise, and secure new partners across key sectors including Corporate Service Providers, Legal, Accounting, Real Estate, Investment Brokers, and Financial Institutions.
* End-to-End Partner Management: Drive and manage the full partner onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
* Performance Excellence: Consistently deliver against agreed performance targets, with robust reporting on progress and pipeline management.
* Relationship Growth: Expand existing partnerships and nurture high-value corporate and High-Net-Worth (HNW) referrals, capitalising on a strong pipeline of warm leads and existing business.

* Experience & Background:
* Previous experience in FX, payments, and partnerships is highly desirable.
* Ideally, some experience with outbound sales and cold calling.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* A strong understanding of financial markets and the wider financial services landscape.
* Experience with existing partners or managing a book of business is a strong plus, with an understanding of non-compete considerations.
