My client in the Space sector are looking for a Product Assurance Manager for a 12 month contract which is likely to extend (the role will sit outside of IR35). This is a hybrid position, which will need you on-site for at least one week per month, ideally two.
About the Role
As Product Assurance Manager, you’ll ensure that all spacecraft and payload development activities meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety. You’ll be the key point of contact for customer quality matters, driving compliance across internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement Product Assurance (PA) strategy across satellite projects.
* Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, standards, and regulations.
* Lead on reliability, dependability, and safety analyses.
* Develop and maintain PA plans and supporting documentation.
* Coordinate internal and supplier quality teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Product Assurance, Quality, or Reliability within aerospace or high-reliability industries.
* Familiar with ECSS / ESA quality standards.
