The Role
You’ll handle third‑party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, taking ownership of liability decisions and driving claims forward with pace and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of third‑party motor claims end‑to‑end
- Investigating liability and making informed decisions
- Handling third‑party damage and injury claims
- Negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcome
- Communicating with claimants, insurers, and legal representatives
- Ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with great service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in motor claims (third‑party experience highly desirable)
- Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills
- Ability to assess liability confidently
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proactive, target‑driven mindset
