About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Production Operator to join a respected manufacturing business based in Wrexham. This company is known for producing high-quality batch products and offers a supportive workplace with real opportunities to progress.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient output
Follow batch production schedules to meet daily targets
Conduct quality inspections and report any issues or defects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with company standards
About You
To be successful as a Production Operator, you'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
A solid understanding of health and safety procedures
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday)
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude
