Overview
We are seeking a qualified Domestic BER Assessor to conduct energy assessments and ensure compliance with current building regulations. Based out of the Waterford office, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and efficient BER assessments for residential properties. There is a clear pathway for the right candidate to progress towards Non-Domestic BER Assessor qualification.
Role Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site BER assessments for domestic properties
* Ensure compliance with up-to-date building regulations and standards
* Prepare and submit accurate BER reports and documentation
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide guidance on energy efficiency improvements
* Stay informed about changes in building regulations and energy assessment methodologies
Qualifications
* Certified Domestic BER Assessor
