Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
We are currently hiring fresh graduates for the role of Process Executive – US Healthcare (Voice) at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Selected candidates will receive structured training and will work closely with US healthcare insurance processes, primarily involving voice-based interactions and system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies
2. AR Follow up on medical claim status and payments
3. Update systems with accurate call and claim details
4. Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
5. Work in night shifts
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
6. Any graduate (freshers are welcome)
7. Good English communication skills (spoken and comprehension)
8. Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
9. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
10. Ability to work in a process-driven environment
