Advsert EDUCATION, COMMUNITIES AND HOUSING Performance and Business Support Administrative Assistant 21 hours per week Permanent We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible £29,148 - £29,732 pro rata / £15.97 - £16.29 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance) We are looking for a motivated individual to take up the position of Administrative Assistant within the Business Support services team. As part of a small team the successful candidate will provide all aspects of administrative support for Active Communities and will work closely with the Team Manager (Resources) to ensure the effective, efficient and consistent provision of high-quality business support across a wide range of other services including Education and Housing when required. You will need to be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, use your own initiative, maintain confidentiality and be able to work unsupervised. We are looking for a good communicator and with excellent organisational skills as you will be part of a wider team liaising with a wide range of customers. Applicants must hold a qualification at SCQF level 5/6 i.e., SVQ2, National 5, Standard Grades, O Grade, Intermediate 2, SVQ3, Higher National Certificate, Foundation Apprenticeship or where this is not held, a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience of working in an administrative role. This post is subject to Level 1 Disclosure Scotland clearance.
