Key Responsibilities: As Environmental Lead, you will drive initiatives that reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, enhance biodiversity, and deliver workplace-based environmental improvements. Working collaboratively across ESG and business teams, you will influence change, ensure compliance, and contribute to international sustainability reporting. Shape and implement activities to address Scope 3 emissions, focusing on waste, travel, commuting, homeworking, and logistics. Lead biodiversity enhancement projects and other site-based environmental improvements. Collaborate with ESG, Facilities, SHE, Procurement, Travel, Site Management, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Prepare corporate sustainability reports, including Climate-related Financial Disclosure and Carbon Reduction Plan. Support international sustainability initiatives with peers in France, Italy, and Germany, aligning with EU requirements. Drive continuous improvement by turning plans into measurable outputs that enhance sustainability and business performance.
