About the Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with students who need additional support-either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. No two days are the same, but your impact will always be meaningful. You will support students with needs such as: Autism (ASC) ADHD Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) Communication and interaction needs Mild to complex learning difficulties Your role may include: Providing tailored support to help students access their learning Encouraging confidence, independence and progress Implementing learning or behaviour plans Working closely with teachers and SENCOs Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you are: Patient, understanding and resilient Confident working with children or young people Passionate about education and improving outcomes A strong communicator and team player Experience isn't essential - full training and ongoing support are provided.
