What’s involved?
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work under the Sous and Head Chefs to become a key part of the kitchen management team. You will lead service, mentor junior chefs to ensure high standards, and take on responsibilities such as stock checks, learning about ordering systems, and back-office management to support your career progression.
