This is a new opportunity for an innovative London Market operations professional to join a Global Insurance group as their new Head of Operations.
You will provide leadership, guidance and direction to the operations function, supporting the COO in the implementation of the operational strategy and working closely with other members of the Senior Leadership team. You will have overall management of the Operations team ensuring processes are effective and efficient, support the business with key initiatives and deliver operational excellence.
In the role you will have the autonomy to work with the IT and Change teams on a variety of processes improvement and streamlining projects in the UK and Internationally. You will also be tasked with building strong relationships with the Underwriting divisions in order to pull together all aspects of their processing requirments and implement any adjustments required.
You must of worked within a similar Head of Operations role previously and have been part of a number of Change projects.
