This is a high profile National Account Manager’s role, managing the profitable sales growth of two leading garden / DIY brands through B&Q and Screwfix.
Under the guidance of the Channel Manager, the job holder will be tasked with:
* Own and develop the strategic account plan for each customer
* Deliver revenue, margin and share growth targets
* Lead long term joint business planning, range reviews and promotional planning
* Identify and unlock new opportunities
* Manage volume forecasts – liaising through the supply chain
* Develop strong launch plans for NPD and category innovation

Candidate Profile: National Accounts Manager
* Due to the importance of this role we are looking for a Key Accounts Manager or National Accounts Manager with successful experience within a supplier of consumer durables, home & garden or DIY sectors.
* Strong track record of managing sales growth with B&Q, Screwfix or similar retailers
* High levels of commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
* Skilled in negotiation, data analysis and promotional planning
* Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Highly organised, self-motivated and results-focused.
Salary/Benefits Information:
* The successful candidate will enjoy a negotiable basic salary plus bonus, company car or car allowance, pension and additional large company benefits.
