Forever Legal is a very successful property and specialist lending legal firm located within Altrincham town centre. We are currently seeking a Property Solicitor / CILEX / CLC to join our friendly team, we are looking for people who are friendly personality and a driving ambition to deliver excellent customer care.
If you want to work in a team environment and have a minimum of 5 years experience in property conveyancing. You must be highly motivated, diligent, committed to providing excellent customer care and deliver legal advice in a manner which the customer understands and not rushed. We like you to talk to our customers so please no keyboard warriors.
Experience of working with Proclaim case management system is also preferable albeit not essential as training will be provided. Must be highly motivated, diligent and committed to providing excellent customer care.
Notably, the role will also involve dealing with unregistered properties so the applicant should have sound experience with this and post-completion matters.
