I am seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented web designer to complete a full website refresh for my HR consulting firm. The content, copy, and overall structure are already established — I need a designer who can elevate the visual presentation with clean layout design, consistent spacing, intentional image integration, and a cohesive brand experience across all pages.
This project requires someone with a strong design eye, not just technical implementation skills.

The goal is to create a polished, modern, visually cohesive site that reflects professionalism, clarity, and brand alignment.
WHAT I NEED
A designer who can:
Create consistent spacing, padding, and margins across all pages
Ensure images feel integrated into the layout, not placed on top of it
Align text and images with clean visual rhythm and balance
Maintain consistent image sizing and aspect ratios
Apply typography alignment and hierarchy that feels polished and intentional
Ensure visual consistency across all pages
Perform thorough quality control (no misaligned fonts, uneven spacing, or poorly cropped images)
Work within WordPress + Elementor
Preserve existing content while improving layout and design
Follow brand tone, colors, and visual identity
IDEAL DESIGNER QUALIFICATIONS
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, professional website designs
Proven experience with WordPress + Elementor
Excellent understanding of layout, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
Ability to refine existing content rather than rebuild from scratch
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently with clear written instructions
No need for live meetings — must be able to execute based on written direction
