Shifts: 12‑hour Night Shifts (1900-0700 and 2000-0800)
Contract: Full‑Time (Contracted Hours Available)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support young Service Users with complex needs in a warm and supportive family home.
This role offers hands‑on experience and specialist training in areas such as:
* Tracheostomy
* Suctioning
* Administering enteral feeds, water & medications
* Seizure monitoring
* Vital signs observation
* Nebuliser administration
* Personal care & pressure area care
* Oxygen
You will initially complete shadow shifts to ensure full confidence before delivering care independently.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Providing safe Moving & Handling and personal care
* Supporting and maintaining all clinical needs
* Upholding professional boundaries
* Assisting with training new carers
* Going above and beyond to support both the Service User and wider care team
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months professional care experience
* Proof of Right to Work in the UK
* Full enhanced DBS
* Up-to‑date CV with full work history
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
* Full UK Driver's license required to occasionally be able to drive to Ferndown to support clients in respite
* Non-smokers only
