ABP Linden have an exciting opportunity based in our Retail site for a Maintenance Administrator & Stores Person
The role involves:
Daily administration of computerised maintenance system
Producing reports for the relevant personnel
Provide administrative support for the maintenance department
To provide maintenance of stock control for department
Ordering and issuing of parts and engineering stock
Collection and delivery of spares and consumables
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
Previous experience of computerised stock systems
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems
Experience of Excell, Power BI & Pirana desirable
Have the ability to work as part of a team
Flexible approach to working hours is essential
