An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an amazing global manufacturing company as a Customer Service administrator. You will be working alongside 11 others and will act as the primary point of contact for all aspect of service and customer care.
Daily duties will consist of:
1. Overseeing customer’s orders from initial enquiry to deliveries
2. Providing updates to customers regarding deliveries
3. Raising invoices
4. Processing reports
Working hours:
5. Monday to Friday
6. 9am-5pm
7. 3 days in the office/2 days at home (you will be required to be in the office on a Thursday)
The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills.
