Responsibilities
* Lead the restaurant team and ensure exceptional service for guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
* Know the menu well to advise guests and answer questions confidently.
* Recruit and train new staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
* Foster a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships across all departments.
* Ensure guests have a memorable experience and uphold the hotel’s standards.
* Support flexible work rotas and maintain a fair life/work balance while meeting business needs.
* Contribute to a culture of thoughtfulness towards colleagues and guests.
