You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in Swindon - SN5 8AT!

About the Role:
1. Managing our fabulous on-site cleaning team
2. Carrying out audits
3. Supporting with training and ensuring all training is up to date
4. Motivate and lead a high-performing team
5. Liaise with external contractors
6. Be the go-to on-site
7. Perform administration duties including processing invoices, stock takes, and maintaining stock records
8. Support at client events when necessary, such as helping with room setup and delivering catering (not meal prep), to the required location
What we're looking for:
* Good written and spoken English with a decent standard of Mathematics
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize a varied workload
* Experience in office software packages e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools, with the ability to produce reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Proven experience in office administration
