We are currently recruiting a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a welcoming school in Bracknell. This role involves working closely with a pupil who requires additional support to help them engage with learning and feel confident in the classroom environment. The Role Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN Supporting the pupil with classroom activities and learning tasks Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Helping the pupil access the curriculum and school environment Requirements Experience supporting children with SEN, ASD, ADHD, or behavioural needs (desirable) Patient, calm and supportive approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with children in schools, care, youth work, or support roles At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
