Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies to ensure adequate stock for food production.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of hospitality is maintained.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.
* Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
* Previous kitchen experience is advantageous; barista or hotel experience is also beneficial.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
