£42,000 - £47,000 + Pension + Bonus + Christmas Shutdown

Responsibilities
* Supervision and leadership of the welding/fabrication department.
* Plan workloads and ensure effective communication and adherence to company and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation of jobs.
* Oversee equipment maintenance; ensure tools are safe and serviced as required.
* Hands-on welding/fabrication tasks as needed.
* Implement plans and procedures to optimise and continually improve the welding/fabrication department.
Qualifications
* Background in the metal fabrication/welding industry.
* Practical experience in MIG and TIG welding.
* Experience in a supervisory/management or related role.
* Understanding of CAD software with the ability to read/interpret technical drawings.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
