Monday to Friday
Flexi Time (8 hours per day including 30 minutes lunch between 6am – 5pm)
Basic Salary £32,000 – £35,000 + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Programmer – Miller to join a highly respected precision engineering company based in West London. The business specialises in the design and manufacture of advanced cryogenic and high-performance mechanical systems supplied to cutting-edge industries including scientific research, medical technology, aerospace and high-tech manufacturing.
As a CNC Programmer – Miller, you will be working in a modern, well-equipped workshop producing precision components to tight tolerances. This is a hands‑on role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will directly contribute to complex, innovative engineering projects.

You may be working as a CNC programmer, setter, operator or on manual machines depending on workload and project requirements. Additional turning experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
To be considered for this CNC Programmer – Miller position, you must have:
* A completed apprenticeship (minimum 4 years)
* At least 5 years’ relevant post-apprenticeship experience
* Strong milling experience on CNC and/or manual machines
* Toolmaking background considered
* Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
