Position Overview:
Arya & Co. is inviting applications for the role of Legal Intern (Intellectual Property & Technology Laws). This internship is specifically designed for penultimate-year law students who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in IP law and possess prior exposure to trademark and copyright work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assisting in trademark and copyright-related assignments
* Conducting legal research on Intellectual Property and Technology Law issues
* Supporting the drafting of legal documents, applications, and notices
* Assisting in matters involving international IP aspects
* Supporting client documentation, filings, and compliance-related tasks
Eligibility:
* Penultimate-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B. program)
* Demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws
* Prior experience in handling trademark and copyright matters
* Strong research and drafting abilities
* Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
