About the role
We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive existing and new business, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to Skin Clinics, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle from first visit to close.
What Youll Do
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
* Manage a 46 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£50k£100k)
* Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices
* Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals
* Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting
* Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in aesthetic innovation
What Youll Bring
* A proven B2B sales track record, ideally with a focus on new business
* Experience in managing a field-based territory and planning your own pipeline
* A consultative, structured approach to complex sales
* Strong commercial acumen and an ability to manage longer sales cycles
* Drive, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience in medical, beauty, or aesthetics sectors is welcomed but not essential – attitude and performance matter more.
