Role and Responsibilities: Innovative Teaching: Lead thematic lessons and teach essential communication and life skills. Engaging Lessons: Create fun, activity-based lessons tailored to each student's needs, boosting their confidence and practical skills. Vocational Training: Deliver vocational courses to equip students with life and employment skills. Personalised Education: Focus on students' Educational Healthcare Plans, driving their individualised learning paths. Qualifications and Experience: Certifications: NQT, Experienced QTS, or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) preferred.
