Our Culture, Leadership and Learning Team at Cambridge University Hospitals plays a prominent role in supporting improvement in our staff and leadership culture. Passionate about learning that leads to effective culture change, we are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and motivated individual with a track record of successfully delivering a range of development activities including leadership development, engagement and learning and development interventions.

This role is predominantly based on-site, with a strong emphasis on in-person facilitation and engagement. Regular presence across the Trust is a key aspect of how we build connection, credibility and impact with our clinical and non-clinical teams.

As a member of our Culture, Leadership and Learning team you will be a role model for our organisational values and leadership behaviours and help bring our strategy to life. Engaging Senior Leaders, Managers and Teams in a wide range of settings, you will use your skills and experience to recognise and define their needs, designing and developing programmes to strengthen leadership capability and build a culture of excellence.

To be responsible for the design and delivery of organisational learning programmes, as part of the wider Culture, Leadership and Learning function focused on embedding the strategic priorities of CUH.

To support and work with the Organisational Learning Lead in the design, delivery/facilitation and evaluation of a range of initiatives as part of a suite of activities, including new and existing leadership programmes, staff development, focus groups and team support interventions, that build capacity and capability across the Trust to improve organisational culture.

All work will be aligned directly with Trust Strategy to embed excellence in staff and leadership behaviours and drive a culture of continuous improvement, where individuals can thrive in inclusive and compassionate workplaces. Working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure consistently high standards of content and delivery, measuring, evaluating and responding to learner feedback.

Supporting the delivery of team interventions across the Trust working with specific teams, services or clinical groups to diagnose, design and develop successful interventions that build leadership capability that improve patient care and outcomes.
