Job Overview
* Lead, develop, and motivate Regional Resourcing Coordinators to attract and retain skilled operators.
* Create and implement recruitment strategies that ensure a reliable pipeline of compliant, high‑performing candidates.
* Support workforce planning to meet future project and business growth demands.
* Build and maintain relationships with training providers, agencies, and other external partners.
* Oversee resourcing operations to ensure service excellence, consistency, and compliance across all regions.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive national growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
* Manage divisional budgets, track performance metrics, and report on recruitment outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
* Proven recruitment or resourcing experience within the plant hire, heavy equipment, or construction sectors.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high‑performing teams.
* Excellent understanding of industry compliance, health & safety, and employment regulations.
* Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
* Results‑driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
