Role Responsibilities
As Resident Experience Associate (REA), you will help the Deputy Community Manager oversee the operation of a multimillion-pound build-to-rent development. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a community within the building by providing unparalleled customer service. Your role includes resident engagement, building rapport, ensuring compliance, and maintaining site presence to support residents from diverse backgrounds. Coordination of resident events and other duties will also be part of your role. This is a diverse and challenging position requiring organization, agility, and a passion for interaction and success. Key responsibilities include:
* The Problem Solver: Ready to find solutions in challenging situations, multitasking between applications, noise complaints, and repairs. Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
* The Rule Enforcer: Going above and beyond for residents while understanding the importance of rules, handling tasks with empathy, and ensuring safety and compliance through regular testing and documentation.
* The Tour Guide: Discovering residents' needs, showcasing amenities and apartments, highlighting unique features, and addressing concerns proactively to add value.
* The Impact You Can Make: Ensuring residents are happy and stay, providing excellent communication, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and supporting the Community Manager with confidence.
