What you will be doing...
* Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time, to a high standard, and with minimal disruption to guests and owners.
* Accurately log maintenance activities, including time, parts, and costs, to keep everything organized.
* Build strong relationships with guests and owners by addressing their maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
* Equip your team with the right tools and resources to do the job efficiently and effectively.
* Take care of the maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of holiday homes, other buildings, and the grounds to keep everything in top shape.
* Support the team by helping with recruitment, training, and ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
