What You’ll Do: Step in as Head Chef at various sites when needed - providing stability, leadership, and high-quality food. Support new openings, staff transitions, and seasonal peaks. Train and mentor on-site kitchen teams, ensuring consistent standards and compliance. Drive kitchen performance, hygiene, and cost control across multiple venues. Be the go-to culinary expert and ambassador for quality within your region. Your Region: Covering locations across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex, all within easy reach of the M3 corridor. Travel is a key part of this role - flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally across multiple sites or in relief/contract catering roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional service.
