My client a leading Global Advertising Company is now looking to hire a US qualified IP lawyer or US qualified Commercial Lawyer with non-contentious IP experience to join their legal team in Central London.
Reporting into the General Counsel & Co Sec, this is a newly created role and your responsibilities will include advising the US arm and wider business of this Global Advertising Company on:
* Non-contentious IP matters including IPR management of creative work.
* Drafting and negotiating IP clauses in a broad range of US law governed commercial contracts including master services agreements, talent/influencer agreements and sponsorship agreements.
* Supporting the US and the wider business on varied commercial legal matters (not solely IP related) in multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will likely be a US qualified IP lawyer or US qualified Commercial Lawyer with non-contentious IP experience. You will either be looking to make your first move in-house or you will already be working in-house in a similar role, likely for a leading creative, media or brand rich organisation and looking for your next challenge. If you are a dual qualified UK/US lawyer that would be helpful but not essential.
This really is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative and fun company in a newly created role. For a confidential discussion, please contact the exclusively retained in-house legal recruiter, Kathryn Crosby, kathryn@kathryncrosby.co.uk
