Autism Support Specialist – Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Temporary – Walsall Salary: £88.92–£95.42 per day The School and Role We are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Specialist to join a specialist SEND school in Walsall supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is a highly rewarding, hands-on role where you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop communication, emotional regulation, and independence skills. You will work closely with experienced staff to create structured, predictable environments where pupils feel safe, understood, and able to succeed. This role is ideal for candidates from SEND, care, support work, psychology, or youth work backgrounds.
