SRM Express Couriers Ltd started in 2014 and specialises in Same Day instant commercial delivery service throughout the UK. We are a customer driven business and our number one priority is to collect on time and deliver on time.
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, booking appointments, handling customer enquiries, and providing admin support. The role also involves coordinating between customers and drivers to ensure smooth delivery of our services.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
* Identify client needs and tailor conversations to meet those needs effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
* Achieve individual targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.
* Carry out admin tasks (record-keeping, updating systems, handling paperwork)
Qualifications
* Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent spoken English is a must
* Confident telephone manner
* Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
