HR Assistant

The Role
As HR Assistant, you'll support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record-keeping, and training administration. Acting as a first point of contact for staff, you'll help foster a positive workplace while ensuring HR practices run smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Support employees and managers with HR policies and queries.
* Maintain accurate HR records and prepare basic reports.
* Assist with performance review processes and documentation.
* Ensure training records are updated and aligned with company standards.
* Help coordinate internal and external training activities.
* Contribute to HR meetings and initiatives to support continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate
* HR or relevant 3rd level qualification
* CIPD qualification ideal
* Experience in an HR role within a similar environment ideal
* Eager to learn and develop HR skills
