About the Role As a Teaching Assistant (TA) in EYFS, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and guiding young learners during their foundational school years. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support daily routines, learning activities, and the overall development of the children. Your responsibilities as Teaching Assistant (TA) will include: Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons. Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment. Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with varying needs.
