This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Office Manager/PA to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
The role will be very broad but will primarily involve supporting the company Directors across the business, providing admin support, diary and travel management, taking meeting notes as well as supporting the finance team with bookkeeping.
You will also help ensure that all permits, passes and other paperwork such as RAM’s etc are in place for the installation teams to do their jobs in a timely manner.
They are looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA who is keen to get involved in bigger projects such as helping establish and implement effective agency-wide processes and project governance guidelines to ensure that the business runs smoothly on a daily basis and people work in a cohesive, happy way.
Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid PA/Administration background, ideally within a construction or graphics environment, is essential along with a full knowledge of Microsoft Office. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
