My client is a mid market investment bank they are looking for a talented Director to join their growing team.
Key elements of the role include:
* Designing and managing engagement scopes, timelines, and deliverables
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex restructuring assignments
* Acting as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders and external counterparties
* Developing clear, well-reasoned viewpoints and recommendations for senior leadership discussion
* Taking accountability for major sections of client reports and presentations
* Stepping in for senior leaders when required
Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will play an active role in developing the wider practice:
* Supporting business development efforts, including proposals and pitch processes
* Contributing to practice-wide initiatives such as recruitment, talent development, and internal projects
* Mentoring junior professionals and supporting training initiatives
* Building and maintaining strong relationships across the market
Candidate Requirements
* Significant restructuring experience gained within advisory, consulting, or similar environments
* Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple workstreams
* Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
* Solid understanding of deal structuring and transaction execution
* Degree educated in a numerate discipline or equivalent
* Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
