Sales & Operations Support / PA to Director
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a Sales & Operations Support / PA to Director to join our team and play a pivotal role across the business.
This is a varied position that combines sales support, operational administration, and executive PA responsibilities, giving you fantastic exposure across multiple areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales Support: Prepare and manage client proposals, track enquiries, follow up with clients, and oversee the full onboarding process including compliance checks and documentation.
Operational Support: Handle day-to-day office administration including post, client record management, AML reporting, and maintaining policies to ensure compliance.
PA to Director: Provide diary management and meeting coordination, prepare documentation, and deliver high-quality executive support to the Director. What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — comfortable as the first point of contact for clients, calls, and visitors.
