The role
Role Overview:
Thisrole supports the delivery of apliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and contributes to advising the wider business on day ‑ to ‑ day compliance matters. The position plays a key role in ensuring effective monitoring, testing, and adherence to regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct continuous monitoring and testing activities in line with the CMP plete scheduled tasks within agreed deadlines Identify and escalate potential issues where required Maintain clear records of testing activities Demonstrate a strong understanding of the objectives behind each monitoring activity Identify gaps in procedures and contribute to improvements Support the management of internalpliance queries related to monitoring activities Maintain internalpliance systems and portals Set up new user accounts in a timely manner Ensure all system data is kept current and accurate Manage certification processes, including trackingpletion Maintain up ‑ to ‑ date user guidance materials Provide support to staff usingpliance systems and respond to related queries Skills & Experience:
Educated to degree level or holding a relevant industry qualification ( Investment Operations Certificate Experience inpliance monitoring activities (, personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment,munications monitoring) Experience with Stapliance Familiarity withpliance systems and the ability to quickly learn new platforms Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Effectivemunication skills fortable working collaboratively within a business environment #4801349 - Lily Millen
