Who we are looking for

A client-facing marketing consultant role for someone who loves B2B marketing in technical sectors, owning multiple client relationships and projects, driving strategy goals, and effectively coordinating delivery with a specialist internal team. Key responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day client relationships: understand priorities, manage expectations, and become a trusted strategic marketing partner.
* Develop and evolve marketing plans: from positioning and messaging through to integrated campaign planning and execution.
* Brief and coordinate delivery with internal specialists across creative, digital, content and web – keeping projects moving and standards high.
* Manage tasks, timelines, priorities and budgets across multiple clients – must be comfortable juggling and staying organised.
* Lead day-to-day key client projects supporting and working with other consultants within the motion team.
* Use a project management system (we use Teamwork.com, you may work in the client’s system also) to keep work visible, structured and on-track.
* Report on progress and outcomes, flagging risks early and pulling in specialist support when needed.


Essential skills and experience

You must have B2B marketing experience in the technical sector; industrial, IT, engineering, manufacturing, technology, software, or similar. This can be in-house or agency-side, but it must be real, hands‑on experience where technical understanding matters.

* 6+ years’ marketing experience (with clear B2B delivery responsibility).
* Proven experience working with technical products/services and technical stakeholders.
* Confidence in owning client relationships (or senior stakeholder relationships), leading conversations, and guiding decisions with a strategic consultancy mindset.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Confidence working at pace and managing multiple workstreams at once
* Solid grasp of marketing communications across digital channels -especially LinkedIn – plus an understanding of integrated campaigns (content, web, sales collateral, events/exhibitions, lead gen, etc.).
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail (technical accuracy matters).
* CIM (or similar) or evidence of ongoing professional development.
* A technical education/background (e.g. product design, engineering, manufacturing systems). Not essential – but you’ll likely enjoy the work if you “like a bit of technical.”

How you’ll work

Hybrid working: office‑based in South Cerney 2‑3 days per week, otherwise remote. Our office is in the Cotswold Water Park. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of consultants and specialists, with collaboration built‑in, without micro‑management.
